Quotations are preliminary
AI-assisted estimates are preliminary and subject to site inspection and a final signed agreement.
Project execution
Project execution is subject to a final written contract specifying scope, price, and timeline.
Uploaded files
You retain ownership of files you upload; you grant BenaaOS the right to use them to deliver services.
Payments
Payments follow milestones agreed in the project contract.
Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the value of the relevant project unless otherwise required by law.
